b. Subscription Terms

Your membership is billed on a recurring, month-to-month subscription. It automatically renews each month unless canceled prior to your billing date.

c. Payment and Billing

Your initial payment covers one (1) calendar month of service, based on the number of licenses or memberships purchased. Your designated payment method will be charged automatically each month.

d. Pricing

All current pricing is posted on our website. If pricing changes, we will notify you in advance. Updated pricing takes effect on your next billing cycle.

e. License Management

You may add, update, or remove licenses at any time within your account dashboard.

- Adding licenses increases your subscription amount beginning on your next billing cycle.

- Reducing licenses does not issue a partial refund; reductions take effect on your next billing date.

You are responsible for ensuring all account activity complies with these Terms.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your initial membership purchase.

If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 calendar days:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

This guarantee applies only to your first purchase and does not apply to renewals, additional licenses, or modifications.

3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three (3) months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Virtual Care 365 and its affilites harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the services

  • Your breach of these Terms

We will notify you promptly of any such claim and allow you to participate in the defense.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

If material changes occur, we will notify you via email and/or post a notice on our website. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
