Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Unauthorized access to your account or transmissions
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three (3) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Virtual Care 365 and its affilites harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

We will notify you promptly of any such claim and allow you to participate in the defense.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina.
